Our vouchers are digital. They can be e-mailed to the recipient with a personalized message or sent to your e-mail address so that they can be printed and packaged as a gift for personal delivery.
Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be reissued if lost, are non-transferable and non-refundable in any way.
The total, not partial, amount of the Parker’s Monetary Gift must be redeemed on the total of the account relating to the stay with direct payment at the hotel upon departure (check-out).
The original of the Gift Voucher must be presented upon arrival at the hotel (check-in).
The Grand Hotel Parker’s reserves the right during the booking process to request credit card details to guarantee the stay. The Terms and Conditions can change at any time.
